Yes. You can test ride our bikes at our location in Trautskirchen. We are available Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Schedule your test ride appointment…
We are here for you even after your purchase. Maintenance and wear-related servicing for components not manufactured by Metz Mobility itself—such as brakes, gears, or tires—can generally be performed by any qualified bicycle workshop. For more complex repairs or technical questions, our authorized Metz partners are happy to assist you. If an on-site repair is not possible, we can arrange to transport your bike to our facility in Fürth if needed.
