How does company bike leasing work?

With company bike leasing, you lease your pedelec through your employer, similar to the familiar company car lease. The employer concludes the leasing agreement, and you can use the bike for both business and personal use. The monthly installments are deducted directly from your gross salary, which reduces your tax burden. Depending on your salary and any employer subsidies, company bike leasing may be financially more advantageous than purchasing it outright.

1. Clarify with your employer: First, clarify whether your employer already works with a leasing provider and what conditions they offer you for company bike leasing.
2. Don't have a leasing agreement yet? If your employer doesn't yet have a leasing agreement with a leasing provider, you can discuss whether they would like to offer company bike leasing for their employees.
3. Select and order your e-bike: Once a leasing agreement has been signed between your employer and the leasing company, select your desired e-bike from our range and provide us with your employer identification (code or ID). We will process the order on the leasing partner's portal. Once the leasing company approves your order, we will prepare your e-bike for delivery or pickup. If approval is not granted, your order will be canceled.

Leasing options are also available for self-employed individuals or freelancers. You conclude the leasing agreement directly with the leasing provider. Please check the terms and conditions on our leasing partners' portals.
