Test drive and specialist dealer
You can purchase all of our bikes directly from us or from qualified dealers. You can find a dealer near you using our dealer search . Ask your local dealer if they have a suitable Metz bike in stock.
We offer additional Metz partner locations in Fürth, Bamberg, Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, Kiel, and Vienna. Simply contact us via chat to arrange a test drive.

We offer a variety of payment options:

Shipping or Pickup
We ship our bikes directly from our bicycle factory in Fürth. All bikes we offer are in stock and should arrive at your home within 5-9 days for deliveries within Germany. Delivery times may vary for deliveries abroad.
Our bikes are shipped via freight forwarding, so please provide a mobile phone number when ordering so the freight forwarding company can arrange the exact delivery time with you.
Delivery is curbside, so remember to keep the box in case you are unsure and want to return the bike.
If you prefer, you can of course pick up your bike directly from us in Fürth. Simply select "Pickup" when ordering, and we'll contact you to arrange an appointment. You can also contact us if you'd like to pick up your bike from a local dealer. We offer this option in all major German cities; we'd be happy to provide you with a quote.
Small parts and accessories are shipped as a parcel via a parcel service. The costs are displayed at checkout and added to the product price. You can find the current shipping rates here .
Construction & Assembly
After receiving your bike, only a few steps are necessary for assembly.
- Straighten the handlebars
- Check tire pressure
- Attach pedals
- Drive off
Additional steps may be necessary for accessories. Assembly videos can be found on our YouTube channel .
Service & Repair
For components not manufactured by Metz (e.g., brakes, gears, tires), you can contact your local bike repair shop. For complex repairs, please contact our Metz dealers , or we can arrange for your bike to be delivered to Fürth.

Guarantee & Quality
We only use components whose quality we are confident in. All parts come with a 2-year warranty. Wear parts are excluded.
An extended warranty applies to parts from our own factory:
The Metz engine comes with a 3-year or 7,500-kilometer warranty.

Return
If you would like to return your bike within the 14-day return period, please contact us at sales@metz-mobility.de . Adjust the handlebars, unscrew the pedals, and pack the bike back in the box. The shipping company will then pick up the bike by appointment.
For the return we charge you:
- Pick-ups within Germany – 100 euros per bike
- Pick-ups within Austria – 150 euros per bike
- Collection within the Netherlands or Finland on request
Shipping costs and purchase price will be fully refunded.
