Starting October 1, 2024, the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA) will once again offer subsidies for the purchase of cargo bikes. This program is aimed at private companies, freelancers, and public corporations or institutions, such as universities. The goal is to promote the use of sustainable and environmentally friendly means of transport while simultaneously reducing traffic congestion, especially in urban areas. Companies particularly benefit from this funding because they represent an environmentally friendly alternative for inner-city deliveries or the transport of goods over short distances.
Our cargo bikes are listed on the BAFA positive list, which allows our customers to benefit from attractive subsidies. Our models for CyclePoint sharing systems may also be eligible for subsidies, provided they are equipped with appropriate cargo carriers.

Private individuals, associations, local authorities (municipalities, cities and districts) and their institutions (e.g. municipally owned companies) are excluded from this funding, but Cargobike Jetzt offers numerous other regional funding opportunities that private individuals can take advantage of.
